Everything about running jastip on the platform — workflow, security, payments, and refunds.

General

Jastip (jasa titip) is an Indonesian personal-shopper model: you travel or shop at a source (Japan, Korea, Singapore, local bazaars), and customers 'titip' — entrust — their orders to you for a service fee. The platform organizes trips, orders, payments, and shipping so you can run it like a real business.

No. Buyers receive an opaque tracking link (e.g. /track/demo-a81x9f2k) that opens in any browser. They see only their own order: status, payment, shipping, and any decisions you need from them — nothing else is ever exposed.

While your shopper is at the store, Checkout Guardian flags price changes, out-of-stock items, and suspicious markups before payment. Buyers approve substitutes or new prices from their tracking link, and every decision is recorded on the order.

We protect account access with authenticated sessions and server-side authorization checks. Buyer portals use opaque, unguessable tokens, and every sensitive action is re-authorized on the server.

Plans are billed monthly in IDR via bank transfer, e-wallet, or QRIS. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time — changes take effect on the next billing cycle and we never lock you in.

Nothing breaks. You keep access to your data, but you can't open new trips or orders beyond the limit until you upgrade or the monthly counter resets. We'll always warn you before you hit a cap.

On Pro and Business you can invite staff with their own accounts. Business adds custom roles, so your shopping team only sees shopping, your finance staff only sees payments, and so on.

True Profit calculates your real margin per batch: item prices plus service fees, minus actual purchase costs, shipping, payment fees, refunds, and operational expenses. It's the number your spreadsheet kept getting wrong.

Business plans include a custom storefront subdomain (e.g. yourstore.jastippoint.id) for buyer-facing tracking pages with your branding.

Yes — broadcast messages are WhatsApp-ready, and buyers can confirm decisions from their tracking link instead of long chat threads. Orders stay structured even when the conversation starts in chat.

Payments & refunds

Checkout runs through Midtrans, our licensed Indonesian payment gateway. You can pay by bank transfer or virtual account (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata), QRIS, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja), retail outlets (Alfamart, Indomaret), and credit or debit card. The methods available on a given order depend on what the seller has enabled.

Yes. Card and account details are entered on Midtrans's hosted page, not on our servers — we never see or store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Every page is served over HTTPS, and we only receive the payment result (paid, pending, failed) plus a reference number.

Payment confirmation is automatic and usually lands within a few minutes; virtual account and retail payments can take up to one hour. If the status has not moved after that, send your order number and payment proof to [email protected] or WhatsApp 081233144516 and we will reconcile it manually — do not pay twice.

Contact the seller from your order tracking link first. If there is no reply within 2×24 hours, escalate to us with your order number and payment proof. The full eligibility rules, deadlines, and timelines are on the refund policy page.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method through Midtrans. E-wallet and QRIS refunds usually land in 3–7 business days, bank transfers and virtual accounts in 7–14 business days, and card refunds in up to one billing cycle, depending on your issuer.

Failed payments are never captured — any pending amount is released by your bank automatically. A duplicate charge is refunded in full to the original payment method once verified; send both payment proofs to [email protected] and we will start the reconciliation the same business day.
