Terms & conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of JastipPoint — as a seller running a jastip business on the platform, and as a buyer ordering through a seller's page. Please read them together with our refund policy and privacy policy.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or making a payment on JastipPoint, you agree to these terms, the refund policy, and the privacy policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About the service

JastipPoint is a management platform and marketplace for jastip (jasa titip) businesses: trip and batch management, orders, payments, shipping, buyer tracking pages, and profit reporting. Sellers are independent businesses. For goods ordered through the platform, the sale contract is between the buyer and the seller; JastipPoint provides the software, the payment rails, and dispute mediation, and does not handle the goods itself.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to open an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your credentials confidential, invite staff only under appropriate roles, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. One person or business may not maintain multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits.

4. Orders

An order becomes binding once the buyer confirms it and payment is received. Because jastip goods are bought abroad on the buyer's behalf, availability, final price, and delivery date are estimates until the shopper is at the counter. When an item is unavailable or its price has changed, the seller must notify the buyer through the tracking link, and the buyer may approve the substitute, approve the new price, or cancel that item for a refund.

5. Prices, service fees & taxes

The total shown at checkout includes the item price, the seller's service fee, and shipping where applicable, in Indonesian Rupiah. Import duties, customs charges, and taxes payable on entry into Indonesia are the buyer's responsibility unless the seller states otherwise on the trip. Prices quoted before a trip closes may change if the source price changes; nothing is charged beyond the confirmed total without the buyer's approval.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Midtrans, a licensed Indonesian payment gateway, using bank transfer or virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet, retail outlets, or card. Never send payment to a personal account outside the platform — payments made off-platform cannot be verified, protected, or refunded by us. Confirmation is automatic; virtual account and retail payments may take up to one hour to appear. Unpaid orders may be released after the payment window shown at checkout expires.

7. Seller subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indonesian Rupiah via the payment methods shown at checkout. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes apply from the next billing cycle. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except as set out in the refund policy or where required by law. If payment fails, we may downgrade the workspace to the Free plan after notice.

8. Cancellations & refunds

Buyers may cancel an order without charge until the seller has purchased the item. After purchase, refunds are limited to the cases listed in the refund policy — unavailable items, undelivered orders, wrong or damaged goods, and duplicate or failed payments. The refund policy sets out eligibility, deadlines, and the timeline for money to reach you, and forms part of these terms.

9. Shipping & delivery

Delivery dates depend on the trip schedule and on third-party couriers and customs, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the address given at checkout. Buyers must inspect goods on arrival and report damage, shortage, or a wrong item within 2×24 hours through the tracking link, with photographs, so a claim can still be raised with the courier.

10. Prohibited items & acceptable use

You may not use the service for goods that are illegal to import into Indonesia or to sell without a licence — narcotics, weapons, protected wildlife, counterfeit goods, and unregistered medicines, cosmetics, or supplements among them. You also may not mislead buyers, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, probe security controls, or send spam through broadcast features. We may suspend workspaces or cancel orders that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.

11. Buyer data & privacy

As a seller you are the data controller for your customers' personal data. You must have a lawful basis to collect buyer information, honor buyer requests regarding their data, and use tracking links and broadcasts only for legitimate order communication. We process that data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.

12. Liability & disputes

The service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profit from pricing decisions, failed deliveries, or disputes between sellers and buyers — and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Disputes should first be raised with us at [email protected]; we aim to mediate within 14 business days. These terms are governed by Indonesian law.

13. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the workspace at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to [email protected], by phone or WhatsApp to 081233144516, or by post to Blok FF2, Jl. Cut Nyak Dien II No.1, Jurang Mangu Barat, Kec. Pd. Aren, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten 15222.
